So we started using G diapers a little while back and decided that we should try and make our own inserts. IT was so successful and so easy!! I whipped 6 together in under an hour and used up some receiving blankets that we never use.

I had fleece receiving blankets. I used them for the outside of the inserts because fleece keeps babies dry! |
So I stacked all of them together with a fleece piece on the top and bottom I then used a loose zigzag stitch to sew all the way around then i trimmed the edges being careful not to cut my stitches. and evidently i didnt take a picture of the finished product so another day I will take one and add it. :)
