2 Cups Whole wheat Flour
2 Cups all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup nonfat dry milk*
1TB Baking powder
11/2-2cups water*
*Note- If you don't have Dry milk just use skim milk in place of the dry milk and water.
Mix all ingredients together. Mix just enough water to make the dough smooth and firm. not sticky.
Separate into 12-16 balls and roll as thin as possible. I spray my counter with cooking spray to roll them on instead of adding more flour.
Cook on a dry moderately hot griddle or skillet. Don't oil the skillet. Cook on both sides until lightly browned
